Shipping policy
Policy applies to physical products only. It does not apply to book club events, tickets, memberships or subscriptions, which are delivered as access to an event rather than by post.
Processing times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods, launches, holidays or book club events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected European countries.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times
United Kingdom
Standard UK Delivery: £3.50
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free UK delivery is available for orders of £40.00 and over.
European Union / Europe
Standard EU Delivery: £14.00
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Free EU delivery is available for orders of £60.00 and over.
Delivery times are estimates only. They may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions or other events outside our control.
Customs duties, import VAT and local taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, handling fees or other charges when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping prices unless expressly stated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, handling fees or other import-related charges that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or handling fees, and the parcel is returned to us, we may refund the cost of the returned items after we receive them back, but the original shipping cost and any return shipping, customs, handling or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
If a parcel is not returned to us because the customer did not pay the required import charges, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Customs declarations
For international orders, we may be required to complete customs declarations and provide information about the contents and value of the parcel.
We are required to provide accurate customs information. We cannot guarantee that a parcel will not be charged customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or handling fees by the destination country.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel was not collected, we may ask the customer to pay the cost of re-shipping the order.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at readpsyldn@gmail.com with your order number.
We will do our best to help investigate the issue with the postal or courier service. However, delivery times are estimates and delays can sometimes happen outside our control.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at readpsyldn@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Returns and shipping costs
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate solution.
