Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your order. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to tell us that you would like to cancel your order and return it. You then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
To start a return, please contact us at readpsyldn@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, undamaged, and in their original condition where possible.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at readpsyldn@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Digital products, if sold, are also non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or fees that may apply.
